These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipNinja Chrome extension and website. By using FlipNinja, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
FlipNinja is a Chrome browser extension that provides profit analysis tools for Facebook Marketplace listings, including eBay price comparisons, profit calculations, and shipping cost estimates.
2. Free Trial and Subscriptions
Free Trial: New users receive 10 free listing analyses. After using your free analyses, you must subscribe to continue using FlipNinja.
Subscription Plans:
- Monthly: £4.99/month, billed monthly
- Annual: £49/year, billed annually
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your subscription management portal.
3. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlipNinja for personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
- Share your license key with others
- Use FlipNinja for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits
- Resell or redistribute FlipNinja
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: FlipNinja provides estimated profit calculations based on eBay data and standard UK shipping rates. These are estimates only and should not be considered financial advice.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of eBay price data
- That items will sell at displayed prices
- Specific profit amounts
- Market conditions or demand
You are solely responsible for your purchasing and reselling decisions.
5. No Affiliation
FlipNinja is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Inc., eBay Inc., or any other third-party service we integrate with.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep FlipNinja available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipNinja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlipNinja after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FlipNinja at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
